We run a diagnostic and provide customised soulutions to strengthen your people experience. This involves time with various people in your organisation, collation of current data and if required a short survey.

KIRIT KISHAN

Kirit’s best described as a people geek.  She possesses an inner drive to support individuals, teams and organisations in their quest for great performance, fulfilment and genuine balance.    Kirit founded One of a Mind to help growing organisations build a foundation for a people strategy that’s fit for growth, while ensuring culture is treated as sacred.

Kirit spent eight years giving everything to a rapid-growth technology start-up which was consistently recognised on The Sunday Times’ Best 100 Companies To Work For list.

While she was in her last role as Head of Culture and Engagement, the company won the Best Improver Award by The Sunday Times Best 100 Companies for rocketing from 96th to 7th position on its Best Companies to Work For list.

Kirit also teaches mindfulness, is passionate about resilience/energy for sustained performance and enjoys learning about natural health care.
