Conscious Growth

I spent a few days recently learning as much as I possibly could from Kirit about how to ignite and strengthen employee engagement, how to strengthen culture and how to reinforce it powerfully at every employee touchpoint. I walked away from our intensive deep-dive with a clear action plan and next steps, not just ideas or thoughts. She is incredibly smart, wise, deeply committed to creating a positive employee experience and culture and a great partner to work with. I am deeply grateful for her insight and expertise!

Oneofamind have been focused on ensuring their sessions are tailored to our culture, which is incredibly important in a fast growth startup.  My team love the sessions, which are engaging, dynamic and have proven effective as they really focus on capabilities which we can leverage when back in the office. One interesting side effect was a session we ran on mindfulness, which was originally met with a lot of scepticism and now we are designing a mindfulness room into our new office! – I’d recommend them to any organisation looking to develop their people and build winning teams.
