Juliette is a qualified psychotherapist. Her depth of knowledge and breadth of experience allows her to support any situation or challenge with exceptional ability and skill, cutting through to the core of your challenges and providing high levels of support. Juliette has supported hundreds of people understand themselves better and achieve their personal goals.
Kirit is a qualified Gallup Strengths coach and has a foundation certificate in humanistic counselling skills. She prioritises balance/wellness in her sessions while bringing a level of challenge to inspire you to be your best even in adversity. Kirit has helped others transform their lives by discovering what they’re good at and approaching life and challenges through their personal strengths.
Both volunteer for a global, not-for-profit that supports women in their personal development.
Strength training for the mind
Mindfulness is paying attention in a particular way; on purpose, in the present moment and non-judgmentally. Neuroscience and research have demonstrated the health-boosting changes in the brain that result from a regular mindfulness practice. When you’re brain has changed, you’ve changed.
We offer various workshops and courses, including the recognised 8-week Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) course to help boost inner powers of self-awareness, focus and calm, as well as reduce stress, anxiety and other common health issues.
These courses are run by Kirit and/or Beanie at various locations, including Sussex and Surrey. We’re also able to run workshops for groups at a convenient location.

You’ll gain practical tools and skills to shift the patterns that are holding you back, address any health ailments, learn about great nutrition, nurture a basic mindfulness practice and participate in group work for greater awareness.

Health kinesiology is a form of natural health care that uses muscle testing to read bioenergetic feedback from our bodies to find out where health issues stem from and where the imbalances or energy drains are.
The imbalances – including food intolerances – are corrected using a combination of nutrition advice and Chinese and Western medicine.
Kinesiology looks beyond the symptoms to the physiological root cause. It’s great for bringing your body back into balance and increasing energy levels and focus. People often feel a difference after their first session.
